Submission Regulations
Regulations on the Contribution of journals and Publication
1. Writing and submitting manuscript
- 1) In principle, the total length of the paper should be within 20 A4 pages, with 43 characters and 35 lines per page.
- 2) The paper is composed in the following order: Korean title, Korean author name, Korean summary, Korean main topic, main text, references, English title, English author name, English abstract, and English main topic. The Korean summary must be within 500 characters, and the English abstract must be 200 words. Write within .
- 3) The author's name (Korean/English) is deleted from the manuscript for review, and the author's work is deleted from the annotations and references without any spaces. If publication is confirmed, the paper title (Korean/English), and the names of the main author and co-author (Korean/English), submit a final paper containing the author's affiliation, position, address, and contact information.
- 4) Authors list the first author first, and co-authors list them in alphabetical order considering their contribution to the paper. Authors must accurately disclose their affiliation and position to enhance the credibility of the research paper. The Journal of Public Administration does not allow contributions by minors, and this regulation includes co-authors.

- 6) In principle, the manuscript should use Korean, and Chinese characters should be used only when unavoidable to clarify the meaning.
- 7) The text notes, footnotes, references, etc. of the manuscript must be written according to the format below.

- ・ The submitted manuscript goes through a certain review under the supervision of the editorial committee to determine whether or not to publish it, and in the process, the editorial committee may request revisions from the author.
- 10) Transfer of copyright
- ・ If the submitted paper passes the final review and is published in the Journal of Public Administration, the Korea Institute of Public Administration, Graduate School of Public Administration, Seoul National University agrees to own the copyright to the paper.
- ・ At this time, the copyright transferred to the Korea Institute of Public Administration includes the right to convert the published paper into digital form, record it in a computer recording medium, publish it, or transmit it through all electronic media.
- ・ Despite the transfer of copyright, the author has the right to use his or her thesis in any way as long as it is clearly stated that the thesis was published in the Journal of Public Administration.

- 1) References cited or mentioned in the text are divided into domestic and foreign literature, with the former arranged alphabetically and the latter alphabetically based on the author's name.
- 2) References are listed in the following order: author, publication year, title, and publisher name.

- 3) The notes for the table are individual shares [using the symbols a) b) c)], probability shares [*p〈.05, **p〈.01, ***p〈.001], general shares〔'notes' It is marked with and attached at the top of the data source in the order of [Description]. The same applies to paintings.
- 4) When referring to the author’s thesis or writings, do not use the terms ‘Jolgo’ or ‘Jolgo’, and be sure to list the author’s name.
- 5) Internet data must specify the search date along with the web address.
